Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Grace Popp was almost always surrounded by a body of water. This exposed her early on to the wildlife & landscapes that are present in her work today. After graduating from VCU with a BFA in Communication Arts in 2014, Grace spent the following years experimenting with watercolor painting, which continues to be her favorite medium.
She draws inspiration from her coastal roots and her current landscape of the Blue Ridge Mountains. She lives in Charlottesville, Virginia with her partner, their two cats, and their 100+ houseplants. instagram: @gracepopp
